As an international student, coming from Iran, I experienced at first hand the hospitality and friendliness of the Architecture Department of the University of Nicosia. The faculty is really attentive and all professors work daily towards the improvement of each student. The result is a friendly and creative environment which renders the ARC a home away from home. The five year Architecture Programme was exactly what I had been searching for and even better. All courses are structured vigorously, assimilating various subjects, covering the broad spectrum of contemporary architectural theory and practice. Additionally, the countless activities available outside the programmed curriculum such as lectures, workshops, field trips and collaborations with international universities, are specifically focused to further enhance the educational process. The ARC not only prepared me for my future career, but most importantly provided me through its active and dynamic environment with a curiosity and willingness to ever explore and learn.
